Personalized coaching where Maria works with you one on one, in any area of your body (and your life!) where you desire more embodiment/awareness. As you increase the awareness in a certain area of your body, alignment naturally occurs. Maria brings her compassionate inquisitiveness to ask which “part” of you is wishing to integrate presently, and together you gently guide it back to the whole person that you are. Maria’s work gives an increased perception of what it feels like to remember you are whole, dramatically increasing your capacity to embody your full expression(s) of life.
Naming your values can be a tumultuous process, but it does not have to be. Maria is passionate about diving into each energetic chakra center of the body. It is her perspective that each chakra has a value, that special something, that lights up the energy center. Through this specific coaching process, you will uncover your 7 core values. You will discover what lights you up- and it will be yours forever. Through one on one sessions with Maria, you will get to know all 7 energy centers and “who”-which part of you- animates them. Part one of the Know Thyself series is a required prerequisite for this work.
Bodywork, with the addition of coaching, requires a 3 day minimum commitment to deep immersion of exploration. This offering includes anywhere from 1-3 hours of bodywork and 1 hour of coaching each day. This immersive experience includes 2 90min coaching calls that bookend the retreat. (One prior to set the intention and one after the retreat for follow up integration purposes.) Maria highly recommends this in pairing with any form of journeying prior, after, or both before and after.
